Todd Shepherd provides key strategic and tactical management for the agency, while also guiding its vision and direction. With experience that spans many industries, Mr. Shepherd has the unique ability to blend interactive form with technical function. He has led Studeo's multidisciplinary teams on work for clients such as Sprint, Nynex, Host Marriott Corporation, Kaplan Higher Education Corporation, InFocus Corporation, Omniture, Inc. and ICON Health & Fitness.

Todd has co-founded five and sold four technology and advertising companies: NetProfit, sold to privately held Hales Allen in 1997 to form Studeo; Serus, sold to Netopia (Nasdaq: NTPA) in 1998; Studeo, merged with Smith Harrison Direct in 1999 to form Studeo Interactive Direct; TimeMarker, sold to Primeholdings (OTBCC: PRIM) in 2001, and AffiliateCrew founded in 2003. Todd also led the acquisition of Irvine-based Drummer Advertising in August of 2003. Recently, Todd was recognized in Utah Business magazine in its 40 under 40, Utah Rising Stars issue, he was recognized as a finalist in the prestigious Ernst & Young "Entrepreneur of the Year" program and announced as a member of the Spring Capital 2005 vI100 Class. In 2004 and 2005, Studeo was listed among the INC 500 fastest growing companies.

Todd currently serves as Studeo's chairman and CEO, an advisor of WiLife, Inc., a director of MISCELLANEOUS Entertainment and a director of Transform Entertainment. He is a former president of the Utah Chapter of the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO). Todd holds a bachelor's degree in Chinese from Brigham Young University. He has also completed advanced executive education at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
